Simple steps to a beautiful event
Follow our simple steps below for premium yet affordable wedding hire Yarra Valley, Melbourne & surrounds, Mornington Peninsula and South Gippsland.
Date availability and freight quotation:
- Once you have selected the quantity of hire product required (on the individual product page) click the add to quote button.
- When your selections are complete, click on our ‘Wish Cart’ page and fill in the required details. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours and issue a quote detailing product availability, bond requirement, our T’s and C’s and freight costs.
Accepting your quote:
- Return your signed T & C’s and Pay your deposit (30% of total order). Please note inventory will not be confirmed / held for your date until the deposit has been received in cleared funds. Payment details are provided on your quotation.
- Pay your balance owing (70%) and bond by 14 days prior to delivery date. Ensure you confirm the delivery address, time and contact details.
Hire Delivery / Return Stage:
- A member of the Style Your Scene team will deliver to your nominated address. You unpack, set up and enjoy.
- A member of the Style Your Scene team will pick up the hire goods at the conclusion of your hire period. Please ensure items are back in their bubble wrap bags and securely packed in the stackable containers they were delivered in.
- An inspection report will be completed once items are returned. Damage will incur a charge in line with the cost price plus expenses to re-purchase. Bond will be returned to your nominated bank account within 24 hours if inspection report is passed.
Some additional notes:
Style Your Scene is primarily a DIY hire solution. Set up (& fees) can be discussed on a case by case basis. Tear down (pack up) can be arranged subject to timing and availability. Please note this on your quote request and we will provide an all inclusive quote. A pickup option is not available as we are not currently operating out of a showroom. We will deliver to, and pick up from, your nominated location (residence or venue) and will work with you to arrange a convenient time for this to occur. For venue drop off and pick up, we require to you confirm with the venue an appropriate time and meet us there. We do get very busy, therefore change of nominated delivery / pickup location will be subject to our ability and may incur an extra fee. Our items come safely and securely packed in plastic stackable containers and bubble wrap bags (ensuring they don’t take up much space at your venue). Please repack the items for pickup exactly as they were packed when we delivered them to you. You will receive a packing slip so you can tick each item off as it goes back into the containers. Final balance on your invoice is payable by 14 days prior to delivery date. If, at any time you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
